You are required to upload the following items as an image, pdf, document, and video:
- Verification of residential address in te rohe o Mataatua
- Letter of enrolment
- Letter of support from your school
- Latest school report/s
- Letters of support from sports coaches, cultural tutors and or community leaders.
- 5 – 10 minute video made by the applicant
